Marketing / Administration Coordinator – Part Time – (15 – 20 hours per week)

After consistent, organic growth The Marketing Bungalow will be moving to a new office in Caringbah, NSW in the coming weeks. Our team is small, growing, fast paced and excited about what we do. The Marketing / Administration Coordinator provides high level executive and administrative support to the Director. In addition to administrative support, responsibilities include involvement in the development, coordination and implementation of client marketing campaigns and project management of various business initiatives including client relationship management, events, reporting and research.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Support all day-to-day operations of the business
  • Arrange and coordinate WIPS, schedules, projects and deliverables
  • Research, maintain and report on marketing results and trends
  • Assist in creating content and materials for proposals, correspondence, presentations, plans and reports
  • Coordinate/Confirm internal and external meetings
  • Provide creative and logistical support for client marketing strategies and tactics
  • Coordinate multiple projects across social media, digital content, email marketing, graphic design, web development, content management, influencer marketing, sales and marketing strategies, plans and projects
  • Organise and assist at events and production promo shoots
  • Maintain flexibility and openness to take on additional projects as necessary
  • Assist other team members as time and primary workloads permit
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures

Skills and attributes:

  • 3 years plus experience in a marketing / admin role
  • A passion for organisation and planning that you can demonstrate
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to, and interested in, brainstorming marketing strategies and tactics
  • Proactive work style and ability to take ownership on projects
  • Ability to multi-task and jump in without hesitation
  • Positive, outgoing personality
  • Confident self-starter who is a positive and helpful contributor
  • Problem solver with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate in a one-on-one and team environment
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment


  • TAFE, University or College qualification in Marketing, Business or Administration
  • Outstanding Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Intermediate Adobe Creative Suite (desired but not essential)
  • Experience across MailChimp, WordPress, Custom CMS systems, Google Business, Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn (not all required)
