The Marketing Bungalow is looking for a Marketing Administration Assistant to support our team across a variety of marketing tasks. This casual role offers flexible work arrangements, with the option to work from our Woolooware office and remotely.
We work with a range of clients, from national brands to local businesses, delivering tailored creative and marketing strategies that drive results. If you're organised, creative, and detail-oriented, this could be the perfect role for you!
This role is ideal for someone with proven administration experience who is interested in marketing and communications and enjoys a flexible and supportive work environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assisting with content planning and scheduling across multiple brands, including social media posts, Instagram stories, and email marketing.
Updating websites and creating templated design assets in Canva.
Managing community engagement, including social media interactions and messages.
Supporting campaign execution, including national promotions, grand openings, and local area marketing.
Executing Local Area Marketing (LAM) requests via SMS, including coordinating last-minute or time-sensitive campaigns.
Coordinating social media ad boosting and basic reporting.
Assisting with marketing administration, including database updates and content uploads.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in marketing, administration, or social media management (or a related field).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
We appreciate familiarity with any of these tools: Canva, Sprout Social, Wix, Word Press Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools.
A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
