TMB (The Marketing Bungalow) is a full-service boutique creative design and marketing agency, working with brands and businesses at all stages. We make things happen from our happy and bright studio in Woolooware, Sutherland Shire. We’re looking for a people-loving, service-focused executive to provide high-level service to key clients. In addition to account coordination, responsibilities include the development and implementation of client marketing campaigns and project management of various business initiatives, including client relationship management, social media scheduling, email support, client marketing tasks, and campaign and event planning.
This role is ideal for someone who is versatile and experienced in administration within a marketing, agency or creative environment and who is looking for a role close to home. Your day will often include the following:
Briefing and delivering content and collateral for national and local area marketing campaigns, presentations, plans and reports.
Customer service by phone and email.
Co-manage the local area marketing system and Canva Suite for our key franchise client.
Liaise with suppliers and clients to ensure we are meeting deadlines and deliverables.
Work with the entire team to implement and roll out national and local marketing campaigns and activations.
Organise and assist at client meetings, events and production promo shoots.
Scheduling of social media content.
Care take Google My Business listings and Meta Business Manager profiles.
Social media community management monitoring and engagement.
Maintain and update marketing database for EDMs.
Coordinate, brief to design and schedule organic content for social media, email marketing and websites for clients.
Keep accurate records of all billable and non-billable hours using Cloud software provided.
Maintain client records, documentations and reports.
Provide creative and logistical support for client marketing strategies and tactics.
Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Respond and action client questions, queries, or other by phone, email and in meetings.
Prepare monthly reports and summaries ready for distribution to Clients.
Work across all our organic and digital advertising platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Cloutly, Klayvio, MailChimp and Message Media.
Skills and attributes:
3 years plus experience in a marketing / admin role / executive assistant
A passion for organisation and planning that you can demonstrate
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Proactive work style and ability to take ownership on projects
Ability to multi-task and jump in without hesitation
Not afraid to tinker with digital platforms to solve minor issues (e.g. Meta page ownership)
Friendly and kind personality
Confident self-starter who is a positive and helpful contributor
Problem solver with keen attention to detail
Ability to collaborate in a one-on-one and team environment
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications/Requirements
TAFE, University or College qualification in Marketing, Business or Administration
Intermediate Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Intermediate Canva and Meta Business (Facebook and Instagram)
Basic Adobe Creative Suite (desired but not essential)
Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded MailChimp, Klayvio, Wordpress, Custom CMS systems, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, LinkedIn, SEO, Slack, Cloutly.
